Do you accept walk-ins at the Milwaukee office?
Our Milwaukee headquarters is primarily an administrative and project coordination center, so we don’t accept walk-ins and there isn’t a typical showroom to visit. We’re happy to come to your site or meet at a manufacturer’s facility or another convenient location. LFFH project teams operate nationwide, with Milwaukee handling administration and management functions.
Where do I send vendor proposals or supplier inquiries?
Vendor proposals and supplier inquiries can be submitted through the contact form on this page. LFFH evaluates new vendor relationships based on geographic coverage capability, third-party certification status, manufacturer warranty terms, and product line fit with the current project pipeline.
How do I report a post-installation issue?
Active project issues are handled through your assigned LFFH project manager. For warranty claims, fume hood certification follow-up, or post-installation service questions, contact the project manager who delivered the original laboratory build. For general post-project support questions where no project manager assignment exists, the contact form is the correct path.
